About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for the creative execution of marketing assets across paid media, eCommerce, CRM and retail channels.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who combines exceptional graphic design skills with a strong understanding of meta advertising marketing and performance-

driven creative. You'll leverage AI-powered creative tools, customer insights and conversion-focused thinking to produce engaging ads and owned channel creative that supports brand growth, customer acquisition and commercial outcomes.

Based in our brand-new Coomera Support Office, you'll collaborate with our Marketing team to create compelling visual content that connects with customers across our national retail and digital network.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver high-performing creative assets across paid media, eCommerce, CRM and retail marketing channels.

- Create AI-generated concepts, imagery and video using tools such as Creatify, MotionApp, ChatGPT and other emerging AI platforms.

- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to develop conversion-focused creative that supports acquisition and engagement.

- Apply Meta creative best practices, including compelling hooks, attention-grabbing visuals and creative testing.

- Use campaign performance insights to refine and optimise creative assets.

- Manage creative workflows, asset libraries and external creative suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time.





- Maintain a consistent and engaging brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

Skills & Experience

- Experience using AI creative tools such as Creatify, MotionApp, ChatGPT or similar platforms.

- 5 years' experience in graphic design, creative marketing or digital marketing.

- Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Figma.

- Strong understanding of Meta advertising creative and performance marketing principles.

- Experience creating content for retail, eCommerce or consumer brands will be highly regarded.

- A balance of creativity, commercial thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
