The Role: Reporting directly to the GM of Digital, this role will support in the end to end delivery of the CRM & Loyalty roadmap, working alongside a stellar eCommerce & Digital team, in a true partnership. This role will be key in shaping and executing customer lifecycle strategies, driving engagement and living and breathing data and insights, to drive decision making and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

- Solid experience with delivering high-performing, impactful CRM strategies across multiple channels, within the Retail, Fashion or eCommerce sectors - Solid, in-depth technical knowledge of SFMC, Klaviyo, Emarsys or similar platforms - Prior experience with managing or even better, launching Loyalty Programs into market - A strong track record in delivering growth across all key metrics and delivering campaigns Email, SMS, Push,
