At TOMRA, our Customer Experience Ambassadors (aka Loopers!) are the friendly faces behind the Containers for Change Scheme. Every day, our Loopers help customers recycle, reduce waste, and contribute to a cleaner future for our communities.

Whether you're greeting customers with a smile, helping someone use our machines, or keeping the centre looking its best, you'll play an important role in creating an experience that keeps customers coming back again and again.

What a day in the life of a Looper looks like:





Welcoming customers and answering their questions

Helping people recycle and supporting the Containers for Change Scheme

Creating positive experiences through exceptional customer service

Keeping the recycling centre clean, safe, and presentable

Carrying out basic cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines

Spotting and reporting safety hazards to keep everyone safe

Pitching in wherever needed to support the team

Qualifications

You're our kind of person if you:
