You will play a key role in ongoing customer due diligence by maintaining accurate records, identifying potential risks, and escalating matters where required. Experience in a customer-facing role within a regulated environment such as gaming, banking, or financial services.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.

Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.

Understanding of, or willingness to learn, AML/CTF, KYC,



Source of Wealth, and Source of Funds requirements.
