Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Apparel Warehouse & Production Officer to join our Melbourne team.

This is NOT a standard warehouse role. We are seeking someone who has experience within the apparel, garment, fashion or textile industry and understands the importance of garment quality, inventory accuracy and production support.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play an important role in supporting our warehouse, production and quality operations.

This position combines warehouse responsibilities with production coordination and garment quality activities to ensure our clients receive products that meet PC Corporate's high standards.

You will work closely with our production, design, customer service and sourcing teams while supporting both local and offshore manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving, checking and unpacking garments, fabrics and trims
- Picking, preparing and packing production and customer orders
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing garments for workmanship and quality
- Checking garments against packing lists, specifications and purchase orders
- Maintaining inventory accuracy of fabrics, trims and finished garments




- Updating ERP and warehouse systems accurately
- Preparing production orders for local and offshore manufacturers
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing freight and courier shipments
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory reconciliation
- Monitoring production materials and warehouse stock levels
- Maintaining warehouse presentation, cleanliness and WHS standards
- Supporting the Operations team with general production activities

The Successful Applicant Will Have

- Previous experience within the apparel, fashion, garment or textile industry
- Experience handling garments, fabrics or textile products
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer literacy and confidence using warehouse or ERP systems
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting up to 15kg
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude

Highly Regarded

- Experience working for a fashion brand, clothing manufacturer or uniform supplier
- Garment quality inspection or quality control experience
- Understanding of garment construction, fabrics and trims
