Blue Manna Bistro in beautiful Dunsborough is looking for an experienced Head Chef, or a talented Sous Chef ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

We are an owner-operated, award-winning seafood restaurant with a fantastic team, loyal customer base and a robust focus on exceptional local seafood and seasonal produce.

This is more than just another kitchen position. It’s an opportunity to take a leading role in an established restaurant, working alongside owner and chef Coby, who is passionate about mentoring and supporting the right person.

- Head Chef experience OR a strong Sous Chef ready to step up

- Strong leadership and team-building skills

- A genuine passion for quality food and local produce

- Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
