About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12–18 month maternity leave contract.
Reporting to our Senior Coordinator, you'll coordinate projects, liaise with clients and trades, manage job documentation, and keep projects running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is organised, efficient, and uses initiative. You'll need to work well independently and as part of a team, as you'll be the sole administrator on Fridays.
Full training will be provided in our office before transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days working from home each week.
$60,000 + Super
Hybrid working (3 days from home)
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

What We're Looking For
- Experience in project coordination, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to use your initiative.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Confidence following systems and solving problems.
- Experience in the building, construction, or insurance industry (highly desirable).
- Experience using Simpro or similar software (highly desirable).
