About the Role

- Welcome customers to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, end-users, and stonemasons.
- Ask open-ended questions to understand customer style,



needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalised service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times, offering accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team.
- Keep the showroom immaculate - restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed.
