Exciting Opportunity for a Manager to lead our Little Scholars Burleigh Campus!

Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home‑from‑home, family‑oriented, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Burleigh, we have a beautiful & well‑reseourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Requirements

The successful candidate will need:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
- A current and valid Working with Children Check
- A current First Aid & CPR and emergency asthma & anaphylaxis training
- A strong understanding of regulation/legislation, including the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- The ability to stay calm and considered in the face of anything
- Solid team leadership abilities with experience leading, inspiring and developing a team of professional educators

Key Role Responsibilities

- Put children and parents first by greeting everyone and ensuring they have the best possible experience through high‑quality tours and orientations
- Recruit, motivate and inspire a team of passionate educators to best practice
- Oversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation




- Ensure immaculate centre presentation within the internal and external play spaces
- Understand and interpret the relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
- Build and engage with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the community and surrounding networks
