We're looking for our next Casual Store Team Member to join the FootMotion Southport team.

Whether you're studying Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Health or simply love being active, this is a chance to work with premium footwear brands, learn from industry experts and genuinely make a difference to people's lives every day.

This isn't your average retail job. Every customer who walks through our doors has a story. They're training for their first marathon, chasing a PB, heading back to the gym, recovering from injury or simply wanting to walk pain free. You'll help them find the right footwear and leave feeling confident they've made the right choice.

What you'll be doing

- Helping customers find the perfect footwear through our personalised fitting process.

- Learning to use our industry-leading Japanese 3D foot scanning technology.

- Working with some of the world's leading footwear brands including ASICS, HOKA, Brooks, Mizuno, New Balance, ECCO and more.

- Becoming part of the local running and active community through in-store events and wear tests.

- Creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks into the store.

- Maintaining a beautiful, well presented store alongside a fun and supportive team.

About you

You’ll be someone who:

- Loves working with people and providing exceptional customer service.

- Has an interest in health, fitness, movement or running.

- Enjoys learning and is confident using technology.

- Brings positive energy and enjoys working in a team.

- Is reliable, proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.

Retail experience is excellent, but it's definitely not essential. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

If you're studying Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, Sports Science or another health-related degree, we'd especially love to hear from you, but applications are welcome from anyone with a passion for helping people move better.

Must be available on Saturdays and across at least two other weekdays.

Applicants must be proficient using computers and comfortable with new technology.
