What you'll be doing

Manage customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to resolution

You'll support customers approaching renewal, guide them through their options, and empower them to make confident decisions about their cover. You'll identify opportunities to improve policies, address any concerns or questions, and showcase the value of staying with a trusted provider.

Working collaboratively with your team and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture

Meeting KPIs including quality assurance, customer retention and Net Promoter Score
