Coordinator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience while contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our Aquatic and Recreation venues. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of a busy customer service environment, leading by example and assisting the team to deliver accurate information and outstanding service to customers.
You will build strong relationships with members and visitors, support membership growth and retention initiatives, and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively. Bringing you experience managing a high volume of calls and correspondence, you will demonstrate the ability to initiate and enhance operational collaboration with Service NSW to drive ongoing improvement. You will offer strategic counsel to Executives regarding customer satisfaction and experience, and strategize,
