About The Role

Based in our state-of-the-art new premises in Kemps Creek NSW, we are currently seeking a customer-focused, passionate Customer Service Officer / Campaign Manager to join our CX & Data business unit as part of our Client Delivery team. You will be customer-facing managing a portfolio of accounts and build your own relationships with key stakeholders.

As a Customer Service Officer / Campaign Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

- Managing a range of different types of campaigns including essential and direct mail.
- Engaging in campaigns across multiple channels including digital channels and traditional mail for Australia's leading organisations.
- Executing one-to-one communication projects and campaigns, whilst providing exceptional customer service to our clients that exceeds their expectations.

Key Requirements

- Experience in the data-driven communications space including essential mail and marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation.
- A strong understanding of traditional and digital multi-channel campaigns




- An unrelenting focus on the customer – you will represent the customer in our business.
- The ability to develop value-adding and productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders/departments.
- The capability to develop and manage project and campaign timelines.
- The power to work autonomously but collaboratively in a team environment with minimal direction.
- Knowledge or NetSuite ERP beneficial
- The traits of a true communicator with a desire to keep the customer informed.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- A team player with a excellent work ethic and desire to succeed.

- Strong attention to detail.
- A demonstrated history of working with print, data, mail house or digital marketing services.
