Primary Duties and Responsibilities of our Customer Service Role:

- Provide exceptional customer service and sales to internal and external customers to support the continued growth and profitability of Hertz.
- Create a positive customer experience by engaging confidently and professionally with our customers.
- Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately.




- Promote and sell optional upgrades and cover products
- Check vehicles prior to rental, and upon return
- Accurately enter and complete reservations, including walk ups
- Ensure vehicles meet Hertz presentation standards, including cleaning and detailing when required
- Work collaboratively within a high performing small team
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our fleet

About You

- Proven experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and confidence engaging with customers
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Enjoy multi-tasking and are highly organised
- Full and current Australian driver’s licence
- Must have Australian work rights
- Automotive or rental industry experience is a plus, but not required (full training prov
