Role Description The Customer Success Specialist / Customer Onboarding Specialist is a part-time, remote role focused on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new and existing clients. In this role, the specialist will guide clients through the onboarding process, explain services and program structures, and help them access the resources they need. Day-to-day activities include responding to client inquiries via email and other channels, providing customer support, and resolving basic issues or concerns.

The specialist will track client interactions, collect feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement. Collaboration with the coaching and operations teams to streamline processes and improve communication will also be an important part of this role.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support,



and Customer Satisfaction.

Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requests.

Comfort using online communication and CRM or client management tools; willingness to learn new software as needed.

Experience in wellness, coaching, or related client services is beneficial but not required.

Demonstrated empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities in a customer-focused setting.
