Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights and support informed business decisions. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, while developing clear reports and visualizations to communicate key findings.

Key responsibilities include

Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from internal and external sources.

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential issues.

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis and actionable insights.

Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide accurate analytical support.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.

Perform data quality checks and investigate inconsistencies or anomalies.

Use SQL and analytical tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.

Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, reports, and analytical processes.

Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support the improvement of reporting processes, data workflows, and analytical methodologies.





Maintain appropriate standards for data accuracy, confidentiality, and security.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Solid understanding of data analysis, statistics, data visualization, and reporting principles.

Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Python, R, or other analytical tools is preferred.

Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends and relationships.

Strong ability to communicate complex data findings in a explicit and business-friendly manner.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple analytical tasks and priorities.

Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.

Strong sense of accuracy, curiosity, and data-driven thinking.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and responsible use of information.

Relevant education or training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
