We are seeking a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about data, business intelligence, and using data to support better business decisions.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights that support business performance and growth.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support business teams with data-driven analysis for planning and decision-making.
- Conduct market, customer, operational, and performance analysis as required.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using relevant analytics tools.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to understand data requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical workflows.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
- Assist with automation of recurring reports and data processes where appropriate.
- Stay updated on data analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Engineering,



or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Solid analytical, numerical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new analytical tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
