We are seeking a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about data, business intelligence, and transforming information into meaningful business insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Conduct business, customer, operational, and market data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations.
- Support management and business teams with data-driven analysis and decision-making.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Identify business trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research based on business requirements.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to understand analytical needs.
- Assist in developing and improving recurring reports, dashboards,



and analytical processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve data workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, analytical methods, reports, and dashboards.
- Stay updated on data analytics technologies, visualization tools, and industry best practices.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to identify meaningful patterns and trends within large or complex datasets.
- Strong ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.




- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interest in data, technology, business intelligence, and continuous learning.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
