What You'll Do
- Analyze workforce data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights for improving HR strategies.
- Develop predictive models to support recruitment, retention, and talent management decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to assist HR managers in data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity, clean data sets, and document methodologies for reproducibility and clarity.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics or statistical modeling, particularly within HR or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, data visualization, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible work environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
