What you'll own day to day
- Running delivery across a portfolio of retained clients, working with Account Directors to scope, plan and drive enhancement work and support requests.
- Being the delivery point of contact for retained clients, with proactive updates and clear communication.
- Coordinating Strategy, Design, Development and Digital Marketing teams to schedule and ship the work.
- Keeping schedules and systems (Jira, Productive, Confluence)
accurate enough that resourcing, visibility and forecasting just work.
- Holding the line on budgets and time tracking, so retainer work stays profitable and nothing quietly runs over.
- Owning the backlog: sharp briefs and user stories, and running refinement and estimation.
- Partnering with our Service Desk to triage, prioritise and escalate, acting as the link between the desk, project teams and the client.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in digital producer, project delivery, or a blended AM/PM role.
- A solid grasp of Agile and how digital production actually works.
- A track record of delivering across several concurrent clients or workstreams without dropping balls.
- Hands-on experience with delivery tools like Jira, Confluence or Productive.
- Genuinely strong communication, organisation and attention to detail, and calm under competing priorities.
- Experience with offshore or distributed teams, with Productive specifically, or in a digital agency, is a bonus rather than a must.
