Metro Trains Melbourne is seeking an experienced Human Factors Advisor to support Southern Program Alliance, carrying out HFIP-aligned tasks to reduce risk and ensure seamless Human Factors integration across design and safety assurance.
Based at Moorabbin for a two-year assignment, you will lead HF integration activities, participate in risk assessments and design reviews, and prepare complex HF reports for MTM and allied parties, reporting to the System Safety Assurance Lead.
