Icon Group's Slade Pharmacy at Port Macquarie Base Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist. Newly registered Pharmacists are encouraged to apply, with full training provided and relocation assistance available.

In this hospital setting you will collaborate with clinicians, nurses and technicians, perform medication reviews and reconciliation, dispense medications, coordinate inpatient and discharge needs, and contribute to patient care from admission through discharge.
