Anglicare WA is seeking a Feedback & Complaints Lead to strengthen accountability and service quality across the organisation. Based in East Perth on a part-time 30-hour week, you will drive the feedback framework with trauma-informed, culturally secure practices and timely, fair outcomes.

You will analyse feedback data, report to senior leaders and the Board, and partner with services to translate insights into meaningful service improvements while coaching staff in best-practice processes.
