Back Dock Process Worker (BBBH426) South Windsor, Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD32.81 - AUD32.81 per hour + Super+OT

About the client:

Founded in 1976, our client is one of the industry leaders in duck production across Australia and New Zealand. They are a brand that has been built on quality, value, service, innovation, and trust. Due to growth and increasing customer demand, our client is looking for a Back dock process worker to work in the South Windsor processing Factory.

To be considered for the role, you must:

- Be physically fit, committed, reliable, and punctual.
- Be able to adhere to the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Animal Welfare Guidelines
- A forklift licence is preferred but not required

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Handling live birds - unloading and reloading of birds from trucks.
- Removal of feathers from birds, dewaxing, final checks of birds
- Factory cleaning throughout shifts (cleaning and maintenance of wax system, washing and cleaning of trucks)
- Occasional Forklift driving




- Work on rotation within the processing factory, i.e., empty crates – loading and unloading crates from pallets to hangers, hanging birds onto conveyor, unloading clean crates and reloading onto pallet.
- Any other reasonable tasks as directed by your Coordinator or Management

Perks to you are:

- Immediate start
- Casual hourly rate of $32.81 per hour + Super
- Temp to perm for the right candidate
