Our client is a national retail company that has experienced growth and are looking for an immediately available Accounts Payable Officer to join their close knit team of 4. The company is located in Sydney CBD and offer hybrid working conditions. This role will suit a candidate with high volume accounts payable experience with strong SAP experience.

Position Description

- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
- Process supplier invoices, staff expense reimbursements, and manage one-time vendors
- Prepare consolidated invoices, accounting journals, and weekly/monthly payment runs
- Assist with Accounts Payable processing in SAP (PO and non-PO invoices, approval workflows)
- Provide ad hoc phone support to stores on invoicing, supplier setup, and admin queries

Candidate Profile

- Immediately Available
- Strong SAP system experience
- Experience within high-volume and quick-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
