The Opportunity

Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care is looking for experienced Grade 3, 4, and 5 Registered Nurses to join our clinical team and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality operational and resident‑focused care.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support care staff through supervision and delegation
- Complete assessments and care plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident health changes and implement timely interventions
- Collaborate with families and clinicians to support resident outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and wellbeing programs
- Maintain a calm, respectful, resident‑centred care environment

Who You Are





- Current APHRA registration as Registered Nurse
- Experience in Aged Care
- A Grade 3, Grade 4, or Grade 5 Registered Nurse
- Ability to supervise, mentor and support care staff
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A positive, flexible, resident‑centred approach
- Commitment to Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

- Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
