As a Dental Assistant at DB Dental Brighton, you'll be an integral part of our clinical team, helping to create a positive and comfortable experience for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Working closely with our clinicians, you'll provide chairside assistance across a variety of procedures while ensuring treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment are prepared to the highest standards. Providing high-quality chairside assistance during dental procedures





Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are fully equipped for patient appointments

Maintaining infection control and sterilisation protocols in line with industry standards

Supporting clinicians with clinical and administrative tasks

Managing instruments and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations

Creating a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients

Contributing to a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment About You

We're looking for a motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting their team.

Essential

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of Dental Assisting experience

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical setting

Reliable, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding patient care Desirable
