As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you'll play an integral role in creating a positive experience for both patients and clinicians.

Your responsibilities will include

Providing chairside assistance and support during a range of dental procedures

Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards

Managing patient appointments and handling reception duties

Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care

Supporting clinicians with clinical and administrative tasks





Maintaining accurate patient records using Dental4Windows (D4W)

Contributing to a smooth, efficient, and welcoming practice environment

About

You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist (minimum 1 year)

Confident using Dental4Windows (D4W) software (required)

Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

Professional, reliable, and well-presented

Friendly, caring, and passionate about patient care A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a busy and quick-paced environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
