As a Dental Prosthetist, you will provide high-quality dental prosthetic services to patients, supporting their oral health, function, confidence and overall wellbeing. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to accessible, patient-centred dental care for the local community. Your opportunity:

To deliver high quality Dental Prosthetic clinical services within a specific work unit or as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health.

To provide protected and effective dental prosthetic service, working independently as a multi-disciplinary team member, with infrequent need for direct clinical supervision. Utilising knowledge, clinical skills, judgement and problem-solving ability to make clinical decisions for patient caseload.

Qualifications and other requirements

Mandatory possession of a qualification from a registered tertiary institution of a Diploma or Degree (or equivalent) in Dental Prosthetics and registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual practicing certificate is essential.

Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and if applicable registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties. Why join us?

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $80,016 - $116,189 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hrs p.f.)
