Kalkie State School is situated on the eastern side of Bundaberg. We have approximately 330 children, and your role will be to support across the school from Prep to Year 6. Our AIP priorities sit around Reading, Inclusion and the establishment of school wide PBL.
The DeputyPrincipal will play a significant role in working closely with the leadership team and supporting school wide staff in capacity building and implementation of all three areas of the AIP. This is a temporary full-time position until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.

Kalkie State School is a welcoming government primary school located in Bundaberg East, Queensland. We offer education from Prep to Year 6, and currently havearound 325 students enrolled across all year levels, supported by a dedicated team of over 50 teachers and support staff.
Our school serves coastal and rural communities in the Bundaberg area, and we are proud to have students from a range of social and cultural backgrounds.
