As a Design Manager at Texco,



you’ll lead and shape the design process for innovative, high-impact industrial construction projects. You will be the primary driver in turning complex design visions into realities, overseeing every phase from initial concepts through to project completion. Collaborating directly with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and internal teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering designs that are both commercially viable and technically superior.

Key responsibilities include

- Strategically oversee project designs from pre-construction through completion, aligning with key design milestones.
- Collaborate closely during early contractor involvement (ECI) and tender processes to develop innovative and commercially effective design strategies.
