We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team in Melbourne. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with experience in Service Desk or Desktop Support who is looking to further develop their hands‑on technical skills in a global professional services environment.

Working closely with end users, IT colleagues and service delivery teams, you will provide frontline support across desktop, hardware, software and collaboration technologies. You'll play a key role in ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to work effectively, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of our IT services and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide desktop and application support to end users, resolving technical issues and service requests in a timely manner




- Manage and maintain support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to service level expectations
- Support the configuration, deployment and maintenance of desktop hardware, software and mobile devices
- Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding activities for employees, including equipment provisioning and account setup
- Perform routine system maintenance, health checks and operational administration activities
- Assist with the management of IT equipment lifecycle activities, including asset tracking and replacement programs
- Support meeting room technology, audio visual equipment and collaboration tools
- Escalate and liaise with external vendors and specialist IT teams where required
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing operational and technical support as needed
