Digital Performance Manager

Permanent Opportunity

Lead Greenstone's digital performance marketing across a portfolio of leading brands and products.

You'll drive customer acquisition and commercial growth, optimise performance across key digital channels, and partner with Brand, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.

What are we looking for?

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in digital performance marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise across SEM, paid social and digital acquisition channels, with platform certifications highly regarded
- Experience managing marketing budgets, optimisation roadmaps and performance testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skills
- A strategic, innovative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and emerging trends




- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, collaborative workplace and manage multiple priorities
- Desirable: Experience managing digital marketing across multiple brands and products
- Exposure to affiliate, social and email marketing channels
- Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools
