Demi International Training School – Chermside QLD The Digital Performance Specialist is a hybrid role that blends campaign management, performance marketing support, website content and digital marketing. You’ll develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for our online course websites and student clinic websites, aligned with business goals and KPIs. This includes the implementation of optimising on-page elements and supporting off-page lead generation activities with a robust focus on paid search and social media acquisition.

What You’ll Do - Key Responsibilities

1.) Paid Search (Google Ads):

- Own day-to-day optimisation of paid media accounts alongside our suppliers. This includes Search, Display, Performance Max and Social campaigns. You’re accountable for working with our support team on setup, optimisation, pacing and performance against KPIs.
- Write and test compelling ad copy across all formats (Eg: responsive search ads, display creative briefs, reels content creation direction) and work with the marketing team for approvals and iterate based on performance data.
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets, report on spend vs. performance, and make proactive recommendations on budget allocation to maximise lead volume and cost per lead across the portfolio.
