An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Digital Producer to join a high-performing digital team delivering customer-facing experiences across web and mobile channels.

Working within a cross-functional Agile squad, you'll collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Designers and Quality Engineers to deliver digital initiatives across websites, mobile applications and a large-scale eCommerce environment. The role will see you managing digital content, coordinating releases, supporting feature delivery and ensuring high-quality customer experiences across multiple digital platforms.

This opportunity is ideally suited to someone who has hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting where customer experience, digital optimisation and continuous improvement are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage content production and delivery across websites and mobile applications.
- Work within a cross-functional squad to support new feature releases and digital initiatives.
- Coordinate content publishing, QA activities and release management.
- Support user acceptance testing and defect resolution alongside development and testing teams.




- Drive website optimisation, personalisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure digital governance, content quality and operational excellence across platforms.

About You

- Strong experience as a Digital Producer, Digital Content Producer or similar.
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Background supporting digital platforms within an eCommerce environment.
- Exposure to website and mobile app delivery.
- Experience working within Agile, cross-functional product squads.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Knowledge of QA, UAT and digital release processes.
- Exposure to digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
