Are you passionate about digital transformation and experienced in working with systems within a GMP-regulated environment?

IDT Australia is looking for a Digital Transformation Systems Coordinator to join our Digital Transformation team and support an important digital manufacturing project.

The Opportunity

We are transitioning manufacturing documentation and processes into an electronic workplace and need someone who can help us successfully deliver this next stage of our digital transformation.

This is not a general IT support or software development role. We are looking for someone who can combine strong digital and systems capability with an understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing.

Working across Production, Quality, Validation, Engineering and Digital Transformation, you will help translate manufacturing processes into accurate, compliant and practical electronic workflows.

What You'll Be Doing

- Configure manufacturing documents, forms and Batch Manufacturing Records within our electronic manufacturing system.
- Translate manufacturing processes into effective electronic workflows.
- Support system configuration, testing, UAT, verification and implementation.
- Review electronic records for accuracy, calculations, data integrity and compliance.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve workflows and system usability.
- Work collaboratively across the business to help drive project activities and deliver implementation milestones.

What We're Looking For

Your background may be in digital or business systems, IT, manufacturing systems, Quality, Validation, Process Engineering or pharmaceutical manufacturing.



What matters is your ability to bring the digital and manufacturing worlds together.

You will ideally bring

- Experience or strong exposure to a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong digital capability and confidence learning and working with new software and electronic systems.
- An understanding of GMP, controlled documentation and data integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to interpret processes, documentation, calculations and workflows.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A genuine interest in digital transformation, manufacturing technology and continuous improvement.
- The ability to work methodically and contribute to delivery against project timelines.

Experience with PES/MES, Electronic Batch Records, eDMS/QMS, system configuration, workflow design, UAT, validation or digital implementation projects would be highly regarded but is not essential.

You don't need experience with our particular electronic system — we can teach you that. What we're looking for is someone who understands regulated manufacturing, is digitally capable, learns quickly and enjoys finding better ways for systems and processes to work together.
