The Director, Electrical Balance of System & Grid is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving the Company's technical strategy, market engagement, and commercial growth across Australia's utility-scale solar and energy storage sector. The Director – Electrical Balance of System (eBOS) & Grid is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the Company's technical strategy, customer engagement, and market growth within Australia's utility-scale solar and energy storage sector. As the Company's leading technical authority, this individual will work closely with renewable energy developers, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and asset owners to support the specification, adoption, and successful deployment of the Company's eBOS solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise with commercial leadership, helping to position the Company as a preferred partner for utility-scale renewable energy projects across Australia.



The Director will provide strategic leadership across product development, engineering, business development, market intelligence, and technical sales while ensuring the Company's offerings remain aligned with evolving industry requirements, grid standards, and customer needs. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience within Australia's renewable energy sector, a deep understanding of utility-scale solar and BESS infrastructure, and an established network of relationships across developers, EPC contractors, engineering consultancies, and industry stakeholders.
