Lead daily operations of our stable and homely 41-bed Sirius Cove aged care home in Mosman

Deliver exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining productive relationships with residents and their families and managing feedback

Manage the roster, ensuring adequate staff are available to meet residents’ needs and care minute requirements

Maintain accreditation compliance and support a culture of continuous improvement by creating and implementing quality initiatives

Build productive connections with external stakeholders and maintain the positive reputation in the community to maximise occupancy

Maintain an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met What makes this great

AHPRA Registered Nurse and robust track record as a Director of Nursing / Facility Manager in residential aged care

Proven ability successfully managing budgets and meeting aged care legislation

Excellent customer service skills, builds productive relationships with all stakeholders, is proactive and solution focused

Fair, kind, motivational and objective manager who leads a collaborative team and maintains a positive workplace culture
