Due to an internal movement, we are currently looking for a Disability Service Manager to join our team, based in North Ryde on a permanent full-time position.

About the role:

The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution of Achieve Australia’s vision at a local level, including driving positive quality client outcomes (quality of life and health supports), staff performance and engagement, and service sustainability at designated accommodation sites.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring strong performance across client outcomes, quality, staff, and financial targets

- Manage budgets, rostering, and SIL funding to deliver productive and sustainable services

- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, including incident management, safegu
