Life Without Barriers is seeking Support Workers to assist people with disability in shared housing or in their own homes, with a 24/7 roster. You will provide personal care, advocacy, and tailored supports to empower client independence.

The role requires a solid mental health background, a NSW driver's license, and the ability to use basic technology on mobile and desktop. Sleepover shifts are essential for roster coverage.
