We're looking for a Finance Broker who wants to do more than just write deals. This is a role for someone who is motivated, commercially sharp, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-enabled workplace where your output is visible and your earnings reflect your effort.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing customer asset finance enquiries from lead to settlement across a range of lenders and products
- Prospecting and developing new business relationships
- Cross-selling insurance and ancillary products
- Using our industry-leading youX platform to manage your pipeline, quotes, and applications
- Contributing to a tight, high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in asset finance broking
- Solid understanding of broker compliance obligations
- Credit analysis skills — you understand risk and how to mitigate it
- Proven track record working across multiple lenders
- Strong phone presence and selling skills
- High-level communication skills,

- Proficient with Google Suite, CRM platforms, and VOIP systems
