Miller Apartments is a 4.5 star hotel located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. The hotel offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments including all the luxuries of a hotel stay. Miller Apartments is now seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to join our guest focused team.

Applicants will need to possess the following to be successful:

- Full availability across a 7 day roster including public holidays (penalty rates apply)

- Exceptional customer service with a guest centric attitude

- Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve

- Willingness to learn current skills and to continually improve

- Reliability and honesty with the ability to work independently

- High Level of computer literacy (knowledge of hotel property management systems will be an advantage)





- A positive "can do" attitude

- Excellent standard of grooming & personal presentation

- Strong communication skills including confident phone manner

Responsibilities include:

- Catering to guest requests and solving guest issues

- Daily Check in's/out's

- Taking and entering reservations

- Auditing and balancing daily transactions

- Attention to detail for both work and presentation of the property

- Compilation of daily statistical information

Previous experience using RMS will be looked upon favourably but is not essential.
