RMK Precast is a leading manufacturer of high-quality precast concrete panels supplying major high-rise construction projects throughout NSW. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Production Hand to join our production team.

This is an ongoing casual position with consistent hours for the right person.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in producing quality products, and is looking for stable, long-term employment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

Working in our undercover precast manufacturing facility, your duties will include:

- Preparing moulds for concrete pours

- Assisting with pouring, finishing and curing concrete

- Stripping and preparing completed precast concrete panels

- Cleaning and maintaining moulds, tools and work areas

- Safely operating hand and power tools

- General production and labouring duties

- Working safely and efficiently to meet production schedules

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in concreting, precast concrete, construction, manufacturing or another physically demanding industry

- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record





- The ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

- A current driver's licence and reliable transport

- A commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety

The following are advantageous but not essential:

- Forklift Licence

- Gantry Crane experience/ License

- Dogging or Rigging Licenses
