Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm

Pay: Up to $48.29 per hour (based on experience and qualification) + Superannuation + Benefits

Responsibilities

- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications

Must hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and a current QLD Working with Children Check. Willingness to travel between local services and flexible availability Monday–Friday, 6.30am‑6.30pm is required.
