Job Specification

This role would suit an experienced Pharmacy Manager or confident Pharmacist‑in‑Charge looking for greater autonomy, lifestyle improvement, and long‑term growth opportunities - including potential future partnership opportunities.

You will take ownership of a well‑supported pharmacy where your input and leadership will genuinely matter.

As Pharmacist Manager,



you will:

- Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the pharmacy and dispensary
- Mentor and support a small, loyal team
- Deliver professional services and maintain high clinical standards
- Build trusted relationships with regular patients and the wider community
- Enjoy the autonomy to run the pharmacy as your own

Key Details

- Tuesday to Saturday roster
- Shop hours:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am-12:00pm

- Sole Pharmacist roster with support from 2 experienced Pharmacy Assistants
- Accommodation provided
- Relocation assistance available

Skills & Experience Required

- General AHPRA registration
- Vaccination accreditation preferred
- Valid Australian work rights
- Previous Australian Pharmacy Management or PIC experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound operational and compliance knowledge
- Passion for community healthcare and team leadership
