Located at Palm Beach on the beautiful Gold Coast, Tallebudgera Surf Club (recently awarded "Best Surf Life Saving Club" and "Best Small Club" 2026), has completed a major multi-million-dollar renovation that has truly transformed the Club. The renovation includes a brand new state of the art kitchen which facilitates a full serviced restaurant, function rooms and a new café and beachside coffee shop.

We’re on the hunt for experienced and passionate Restaurant Attendants, Bar & Gaming Attendants, Cafe Attendants & Barista’s, Courtesy Bus Drivers, Receptionists, Chefs and Kitchen Hands to join our team!

What we’re looking for:

RESTAURANT ATTENDANTS:

- A fun-loving attitude and a passion for hospitality

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Experience in full restaurant service (preferred but not essential)

BAR ATTENDANTS

- Knowledge in beverage range and products





- Experience and confidence in making/ creating cocktails

- At least 1 – 2 years’ experience working as a bar attendant

- Keno, TAB and gaming experience highly desirable but not essential

- RSA & RSG

GAMING ATTENDANTS

- A sound knowledge on gaming

- At least 1 – 2 years’ experience working as a gaming attendant

- RSA & RSG

- Promotional experience preferred but not essential

- Experience with carded play

- Available to work a rotating roster as per our trading hours between 12.00pm to 02.00am

RECEPTION

- Welcome and farewell members and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.

- Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information about the Club’s services, events, and facilities.

- Promote and process Club memberships, supporting membership growth.

- Assist with Takeaway sales, restaurant bookings, and events.

- Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and Club dress standards.

- Operate reception systems, EFTPOS, phone, and email communications accurately.

COURTESY BUS DRIVERS

- You have an open Drivers Licence

- You are a positive friendly person with a real passion for customers

BARISTA's

- Experience working with specialty coffee

- High quality barista skills (latte art, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc. . will be highly regarded)

- A strong work ethic with a customer focused attitude





- A positive and qualified demeanour

- An excitement and ability to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand.

- A passion for coffee and a zest for life!

CHEFS

- You have at least 2 - 3 years' experience as a chef within a high volume A La Carte venue

- You are proficient in all areas of kitchen operations

- You have initiative and are willing to take responsibility

- You have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene

- You are a positive friendly person with a real passion for customers

- You are able to work a rotating roster including nights, days, weekends & public holidays

KITCHEN HANDS

- Help us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting our chefs as they prep and cook, where the magic happens.

- A fun-loving attitude and a passion for hospitality

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
