We are actively seeking dedicated Waste Sorters & Labourers to join our Recycling and Waste Management team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate on a conveyor belt sorting waste materials, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Support the team with additional tasks such as shovelling, spotting, site cleanup, when required, emphasising teamwork and efficiency.
- Collaborate with supervisors and management, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
- Commit to continuous improvement initiatives,



actively participating in maintaining a high standard of work.
- Follow all relevant policies and regulations while ensuring your safety and the safety of your colleagues.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the site manager or team leader.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights.
- Prior experience in a Similar role.
- Must have reliable transport.
- Ability to pass pre employment medical & drug and alcohol test.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks when necessary.
- Professionalism and a commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety.
