Vetted is seeking a RN - Dialysis for a travel job in West Allis, Wisconsin.

This contract pays approximately $8,475/month gross.

- Shift length: 12 hour shifts

Job responsibilities:

- Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
- Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
- Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
