- We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers with experience working with people living with Intellectual Impairment and Mental Health challenges to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented support to help participants attain their goals and thrive in the community
- Provide assistance with community access and social participation
- Providing practical and emotional support to participants,



helping them navigate daily life activities and develop life skills
- Implementing participants' support plans and maintaining accurate documentation in line with the organisation's processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with other community services and professionals to ensure coordinated supports.
- Advocating for mental health inclusion and support; engaging in crisis response

Job Requirements:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, suitable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $36.81 – $45.28 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gracemere QLD
