Welcome to HarbourHelp
Our mission is to empower people to build confidence, resilience, and independence through a unique blend of mentoring/support work and therapy assistance.
We provide holistic, goal-focused support that combines practical mentoring/support work with allied health guidance. Our mentors and support workers work alongside participants to develop life skills, strengthen emotional well-being, and create positive routines that help them thrive in everyday life.
We work closely with allied health professionals, including psychologists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, ensuring our support reinforces clinical goals while building meaningful relationships with participants.
Our team supports participants across the Adelaide metropolitan and regional areas of South Australia.
